The role will be responsible for analyzing payroll data, identifying trends and developing actionable recommendations to improve payroll processes. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a deep understanding of payroll systems. Will work collaboratively with internal and external clients to ensure services achieve intended outcomes. Minimum Requirements* Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.* 2-5 years of related experience in payroll or bookkeeping.* Ability to apply analytical methods to existing and new systems.* In depth knowledge of payroll processes, systems and data management.* Comprehensive ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers and management through verbal and written communication.* Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.* Demonstrated organizational skills.* Proficient in the use of Microsoft systems.
