She primarily uses a wheelchair and requires hands‑on assistance with daily care, along with patience and understanding in managing dementia‑related behaviors such as agitation and sundowning. Care Responsibilities Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) (bathing, dressing, mobility support) Provide safe transfers and wheelchair assistance Support with meal preparation and feeding if needed Perform light housekeeping and dishwashing Assist with light exercises and mobility routines Offer companionship and emotional support Manage dementia‑related behaviors, including agitation and sundowning Schedule 5 days per week 5 hours per day Consistent weekly schedule Ideal Candidate Proven experience in dementia care (including behavior management) Patient, calm, and compassionate demeanor Comfortable assisting with limited mobility and wheelchair use Reliable and consistent with schedule This role is ideal for a helper who is experienced in dementia care and can provide structured, calm, and attentive support, ensuring the client’s safety, dignity, and comfort at home. #J-18808-Ljbffr Herewith Caregivers
