We are seeking a motivated and personable Dental Hygienist to join our established practice 2-3 days per week, with opportunities for full-time work. Requirements

• Basic life support
• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation

Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Washington
CPR and AED Certification required
Knowledge and practice of aseptic technique
Entry-level candidates welcome, with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care

Job Description

Perform dental hygiene procedures such as cleanings, scaling, polishing, and applying preventative materials
Conduct patient assessments including medical history review, oral cancer screenings, and periodontal evaluations
Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions
Collaborate closely with dentists and office staff to ensure seamless patient care
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with dental practice standards
Adhere to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to maintain a safe clinical environment
Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices
Contribute positively to the practice’s team culture by supporting colleagues and promoting a welcoming atmosphere
