Descriptions/ Job Summary:Site Manager ORDJob Type: Full-Time, Salary ExemptGlobal K9 Protection Group LLC is looking for a dedicated and passionate Site Manager ORD to serve as an integral part of the GK9PG Team.Responsibilities:Maintains and manages schedulingFacilitates Badging (where required)Travel AssistanceManages GK9PG Equipment and PropertyManages training and compliance and ensures annotation in GlobalViewReviews a percentage of site videos per week/month and ensure annotation in GlobalViewEnsures explosive inventory(ies) are performed per shiftEnsure ATF ComplianceMonitor and schedule required certification training datesReviews GlobalView inputs of subordinates for accuracy and completenessConsults with Area Manager on subordinate disciplineCounsels subordinates as requiredPaycom Duties: monitoring employee punches, PTO, Overtime schedulingHandbook policy enforcementManages customer relationships at the warehouse levelAssists Area Manager with coordinating new customer implementationFacilitates new employee orientation and OJT requirementsCascades and disseminates corporate level communication to site-wide personnelResponsible for overall site growth, customer satisfaction and acquisitionImmediate supervisor is the Area Manager or Regional Director of Cargo OperationsServes as the first line supervisor for all GK9PG employees at that locationServes as the first level of client interface as a member of GK9PG leadership at site levelServes as the first level of compliance accountability for siteEnforces all GK9PG, TSA policies and procedures for that siteProvides site specific input to the Regional Director of Cargo Operations as requiredManages scheduling - e.g. manage schedules for personnel at their respective site locations and develops training schedules to meet CETA and training requirements (Two weeks in advance for all schedules)Facilitates badging at site and performs functions of the signatory authority for the company at that siteFacilitates site or client specific training requiredManages GK9PG equipment for the site (computers, phones, diopters, expendable supplies, SCI, etc.); maintains / updates inventory of equipment with GK9PG Logistics Section; initiates reorder or purchase procedures as requiredReviews subordinate’s travel requestsManages training and ensures annotation in Global ViewEnforces monthly K9 maintenance / preventive medication and ensures annotation in GlovalViewManages explosive inventory (Lows: monthly for employee low explosives/ High explosives: per use, monthly, and quarterly per company explosives policy)Performs QA/QC audits: reviews 20% of site videos per week and ensures all team videos are uploadedPerforms QA/QC Audits: Reviews training & utilization records of subordinates for accuracy and completenessMonitor required recertification dates of assigned K9 teams with Regional Director of Cargo Operations & Director of K9 training to schedule for the requirementsCounsel’s subordinates as requiredPaycom duties: monitoring employee punches, timecard verification, PTO, managing overtime, developing work and training schedules (2 weeks advance)Handbook policy enforcementManages customer relationships at the warehouse levelCoordinates start-ups/ demos as part of business developmentParticipates in scheduled weekly briefings/ meetings with HQ as requestedConducts OJT for newly assigned teamsAbility to get and maintain a Employee Possessor license through ATFMentors, inspires and champions employees for continued growth and developmentExcellent interpersonal skills.
