Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18-$19 per hour
Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm (Direct Hire Considered)

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate is dependable, a strong communicator, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. Prior experience in claims, subrogation, insurance, or the automotive industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Input and process data related to subrogation claims
- Review and evaluate damage reports, photos, and supporting documentation
- Communicate with insurance companies, adjusters, and vendors to pursue recoveries
- Track claims from entry to resolution using spreadsheets and internal systems
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Communicate professionally via email and phone
- Adapt to shifting tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed
- Previous experience in claims handling, subrogation, insurance, or automotive industry preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Dependable and seeking long-term employment

- Primarily computer-based work reviewing vehicle damage reports and documentation
