Job Description

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Processes documents related to expenses, such as checks.
• Contribute to maintenance of accounting data and provide support as needed to accounting department.
• Manage various forms of accounting data, such as that related to accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

*Analytical skills to evaluate, prioritize, and categorize data in various forms and formats. *Perform calculations and analysis used in basic accounting. *Basic knowledge in proper accounting principles, practices, and procedures. *Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level. *Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level. *Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.). *Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player. *Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
