Schedule & Coverage

24-hour shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM Minimum: 3 shifts per pay period Occasional 12-hour shifts available In-house call with dedicated sleep room Clinical Details & Responsibilities

Setting: Critical Access Hospital ED beds: 3 Inpatient beds: 20 ED volume: 4 patients per day Inpatient census: 4 patients (observation, acute, swing bed) Responsibilities Include: Managing emergency department patients Providing inpatient care as needed Coordinating care across ED and inpatient settings Delivering high-quality care in a rural setting Support & Resources

4 Advanced Practice Providers (no supervision required) 2 RNs supporting all services 1 CNA per provider Available Services: Lab, imaging, and pharmacy onsite Outpatient services including radiology, rehab, infusion, and ambulatory surgery Technology: EMR: Together Care (Epic platform) Requirements
