Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to understand clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Design individualized treatment strategies that incorporate a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and adapt to clients' evolving needs.

• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions and group therapy workshops, using proven therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure the delivery of holistic and coordinated care.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in Maryland as an LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or Doctor of Psychology.
