A well-established, 50-year-old Federally Qualified Community Health Center with 3 clinics in Santa Cruz, California, is searching for family medicine physicians. This need is due to community growth and demand.

About the Opportunity

• Clinics are open Monday - Thursday, 8A to 8P; 8A to 5P on Friday
• See patients of all ages. Average 18 patients per day
• Flexible schedule
• 32-patient contact hours per week with 8 hours of administration time
• EPIC EHR
• Spanish-speaking a plus
• Opportunity to teach family medicine residents in the clinic
• Integrated care team model with nurses, medical assistants, chiropractors, and case managers

Financial Package

• Compensation ranges from $183K to $281K depending upon training and experience level
