the client is seeking a bold, strategic, and community-minded leader to serve as its next Chief Executive Officer. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of a dynamic destination in California and as a gateway to a major national park. the organization’s mission is to promote the Fresno/Clovis region to travel markets. Under the direction of the client’s Board of Directors, the CEO will lead the organization’s vision, strategy, and operations, driving sustainable tourism growth and supporting the region’s economic vitality. Working in partnership with the hospitality industry, the CEO will help generate increased visitor spending, local tax receipts, and job development. The role requires a collaborative leader who can unite stakeholders, elevate the destination’s brand, and inspire a high-performing team. The CEO will be expected to provide effective leadership across day-to-day operations while advancing long-term priorities for the destination. This includes translating strategy into actionable plans and maintaining a focus on sustainable community and economic outcomes.
