Accounting Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented Plant Accounting Manager to support the financial operations of a manufacturing company based in Brockton, MA. This role is responsible for day-to-day transactional accounting, inventory accounting, and timely financial reporting to ensure accurate plant-level financial results. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day transactional accounting activities, including AP/AR support and account reconciliations Prepare and post routine journal entries and assist with month-end close Maintain accurate inventory accounting, including tracking inventory movements, reconciliations, and variance analysis Support plant financial reporting and assist with preparation of monthly financial statements and performance reports Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs and support operational teams with financial insights Ensure accuracy of financial data within the ERP system and support process improvements Assist with audits and other ad hoc financial analysis as needed Qualifications 4+ years of accounting experience Prior experience in a manufacturing environment required Solid experience working with ERP systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Bell & Associates, Inc.
