Safety Manager

The Safety Manager role provides safety leadership, guidance, and support to Georgia operations to help minimize the potential for employee injury, property damage, and third‑party liabilities. Responsibilities Implement, administer, and monitor all IES safety policies, procedures, and programs across assigned geographical regions, locations, departments, and projects. Drive a safety‑first culture on projects, ensuring safety of employees, trade partners, and the general public. Enforce corporate and project‑specific safety and health programs and procedures. Support project site crews and Safety Specialists on travel assignments, ensuring compliance with regulations. Lead safety initiatives for complex, high‑visibility construction projects, coordinating with senior leadership. Oversee site safety inspections, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
