We are partnering with a client that's looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to help shape and modernize their recruiting function. This hybrid role is much more than full-cycle recruiting—you'll also lead initiatives around AI integration, recruiting process improvements, onboarding, and talent acquisition strategy. You'll recruit for corporate professional roles as well as field leadership positions while helping build a best-in-class hiring organization.
