Pricing Manager

To support the Pricing Strategy team, the full-time Pricing Manager will manage operational readiness for pricing and packaging of ServiceNow products, collaborating with various teams to gather requirements and ensure effective launch and documentation processes, with the flexibility to work remotely. Key responsibilities Lead day-to-day operations of the pricing team and serve as a trusted advisor on pricing and product models Recommend improvements to pricing frameworks and processes to enhance decision quality and sales effectiveness Plan and implement process improvement initiatives related to pricing governance and maintain documentation of pricing policies Required qualifications 3-4 years of experience in pricing operations or revenue management as a project manager or business analyst Strong understanding of Cloud go-to-market and business models Proficient in data analysis using Excel and familiar with dashboarding tools like PowerBI or Tableau Experience managing a portfolio of prices to meet financial targets Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across various teams
