Jail Mental Health Liaison & Care Advocate
Parkland Community Health Plan
Parkland Community Health Plan is seeking a Mental Health Liaison for the jail main clinic. You will participate in developing and implementing mental health service plans for inmates, coordinating with families and community agencies for post-release care.
