Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney

A well-established New Jersey law firm is seeking an experienced Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Attorney to join its growing personal injury practice in Roseland. This is a hands-on opportunity for an attorney who wants meaningful ownership of their cases, direct client involvement, and substantive litigation and trial experience. The incoming attorney will manage a full personal injury caseload from intake through resolution while working alongside experienced litigators, including certified civil trial attorneys. The position offers a strong combination of autonomy and collaboration, with the opportunity to handle matters through each stage of the litigation process while continuing to develop as a plaintiff-side trial attorney. About the Role The attorney will take an active role in managing plaintiff-side personal injury matters from initial intake through settlement or trial. Responsibilities Managing a full caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution Developing case strategy and moving matters efficiently through the litigation process Drafting and responding to discovery Taking and defending depositions Preparing cases for mediation, settlement, and trial Participating in and trying cases Communicating directly with clients throughout the life of a matter Collaborating with and receiving mentorship from certified civil trial attorneys Qualifications 5+ years of law firm experience in personal injury litigation New Jersey Bar admission required New York Bar admission is a plus Ability to independently manage multiple active matters Strong litigation, organizational, and case-management skills Experience with discovery and depositions Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced litigation practice Strong written and oral communication skills Required Skills Manage a full caseload from intake through resolution Meaningful deposition, litigation, and trial experience Opportunity to work alongside and learn from certified civil trial attorneys Direct client interaction and substantial responsibility for case strategy Preferred Skills Growing plaintiff-side personal injury practice Pay range and compensation package Base salary of $150,000–$200,000+, depending on experience Referral fee opportunities Discretionary performance bonus Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability coverage, 401(k), flexible spending and dependent care accounts, EAP, and generous time-off benefits For more information, contact Sarah Latham at View email address on click.appcast.io. #J-18808-Ljbffr Friedman Williams
