Job Title Sales Representative – Mobility Specialist Location Sacramento, CA 95822 Pay Base hourly rate, with variable compensation plan. During the up to 6‑month training period you’ll earn guaranteed compensation up to $39,520. After training, you move to an hourly+commission and bonus structure where high performers can exceed their initial earnings. Schedule Office hours 8 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Responsibilities Within the first 30 days: Fully understands the financial side of the business, sales process, and benefits of the company’s products. Has shadowed other sales reps to observe the sales process, customer assessment process, and individual sales styles. Has begun familiarizing themselves with company procedures, documentation, and tasks in the position. Within the first 60 days and ongoing: Provides the best possible customer experience through team effort at store. Prospects new clients weekly using a variety of sales methods like networking and lunch ‘n learns. Develops sales goals with the store manager/general manager and action plan for the following 90 days. Within the first 90 days and ongoing: Self‑manages performance and ensures monthly sales goals are met with a minimum of 3 van sales per month. Establishes and maintains client relationships during and after the sales process. Fully educates customers about vehicles and mobility products through detailed explanations, demonstrations, and using the Feature‑Advantage‑Benefit sales process. Shows strong detail‑oriented work for proper intakes, financing info, and deal sheets to ensure all parts and equipment are added on. Within the first 6 months and ongoing: Develops business, prospect sheets, ideas, creates volume, and handles volume. Maintains membership and regularly attends events in two or more clubs or organizations related to the physically challenged (e.g., MS Society, ALS, Paralyzed Veterans). Attends trade shows, expos, tournaments, and other events that promote the company in the surrounding community. Meets individual sales goals. Within the first 12 months and ongoing: Becomes completely independent, makes higher‑accountability decisions based on cost/revenue, and handles higher volume of sales, prospects, and leads. Self‑manages performance and ensures monthly sales goals are met with 7+ van sales per month. Qualifications 3+ years of proven sales experience in automotive vehicle sales, business development, or medical/health sales. Proficient computer skills working with various office equipment, computers, and programs including databases, Word, Outlook, Excel, etc. Valid driver’s license and clean DMV record. Proven experience working in mobility sales or the mobility industry and knowledge of the needs of various disabilities and the disabled is highly preferred. Background or experience in the Automotive, Power Sports, or Equipment Dealership setting is a plus. Benefits Monday through Friday schedule.
