A well-established construction services firm is seeking an experienced bookkeeper proficient in QuickBooks. Immediate need in Alpharetta to support ongoing financial operations during a growth phase. The office environment is collaborative and professional. Salary range is $60,000$75,000 annually.
Join a reputable construction services firm as a bookkeeper where you'll be responsible for managing financial records, reconciling accounts, and supporting the accounting team using QuickBooks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks
- Reconciling bank statements and credit card transactions
- Preparing financial reports and assisting with month-end close
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Supporting payroll and accounts payable/receivable functions
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks required
- 2+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in construction or service-based industries
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
