Bookkeeper - Construction Services Firm - Alpharetta

A well-established construction services firm is seeking an experienced bookkeeper proficient in QuickBooks. Immediate need in Alpharetta to support ongoing financial operations during a growth phase. The office environment is collaborative and professional. Salary range is $60,000$75,000 annually.

Join a reputable construction services firm as a bookkeeper where you'll be responsible for managing financial records, reconciling accounts, and supporting the accounting team using QuickBooks.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks
Reconciling bank statements and credit card transactions
Preparing financial reports and assisting with month-end close
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Supporting payroll and accounts payable/receivable functions

Qualifications:

Proficiency in QuickBooks required
2+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in construction or service-based industries
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and time-management skills
