Strategic VP, Financial Institutions Underwriting

Vantage Group Holdings Ltd. is seeking a VP, Underwriting - Financial Institutions to lead a profitable FI book in a hybrid role near New York City or Chicago. You will guide underwriting strategy, mentor junior underwriters, and build broker relationships nationwide.
The role reports to the SVP Head of Financial Institutions and offers a base salary between $220,000 and $275,000 with bonus potential, strong benefits, retirement plans, and a flexible, data-driven environment.
