How the role works A family asks. They respond to our advertising and agree to be contacted. They are pre-qualified. Each family goes through additional pre-qualification before it reaches you. The call is transferred to you live. The client's information and notes are already on your screen. You close. Guided script, live quote and a one-click electronic application. Our case team takes over. Documents and follow-up until the policy is paid. No buying leads, no cold calling, no recruiting and no calling friends and family. Base pay is about $2,773 a month for 40 hours a week. There is no cap on the bonus, and hours over 40 a week are paid as overtime on top. A one-time $50 bonus is paid on your first paid application in each state you were already licensed in when hired. How bonuses are counted, and estimate your month Paid application: the client's first premium is paid. It counts in the month it is paid. Smaller policies: applications under $1,200 annual premium (about $100 a month) pay half the bonus but still count toward your tier and minimum. Monthly minimum: it ramps up while you learn. Overtime is shown as 1.5 times the regular rate (hourly plus bonus) for hours over 40 a week; extra days are approved weekly, only for closers on pace, and California daily and seventh-day overtime rules may change the amount. Pre-qualification only confirms basic details like age, state and general interest in coverage; it never discusses, recommends or sells a specific insurance plan. Only a licensed agent, like you, talks with the family about coverage. Our clients never receive a call from anyone outside the United States. Do I buy leads, make cold calls or chase paperwork? No. UniLife pays for every lead, and families come to you already interested. And after the sale, our case manager collects any documents; if she needs you, it shows up as a task on your screen. What are the house rules? All calls go through our system, never personal phones. All phone calls are recorded for compliance and quality purposes, and so are screen-share sessions and activity in our systems. Recordings may be shared with the insurance companies we work with for review and evaluation. Three late arrivals or no-shows end the employment. The system decides who to call next and when, so you can focus on closing. Is this a real W2 job? Yes. How much can I make? Hourly pay plus a bonus on every paid application ($10 to $25 each), with no cap on the bonus and overtime paid on top.
