Office Manager - Manchester, NH

Cornerstone Caregiving  is a non-medical, in-home care company primarily serving seniors. With over 450 offices in just over 6 years, we aim to provide the highest quality of care for our clients across 43 different states (and counting). Your primary focus will be to actively grow the office through administrative and operational support.

Office Location: Bedford, NH

Responsibilities :

• Schedule Management : Assist the Scheduling Manager with monitoring client and caregiver availability to ensure that all shifts are properly staffed.
• Recruiting: Assist the Recruiting Manager with sourcing, hiring, and onboarding new caregivers.
• Marketing: Assist the Operating Director with marketing and community events and help build relationships through face-to-face marketing
• Customer Service : Assist with incoming calls from prospective and current clients and caregivers.
• Administration : Provide general operational support to the Operating Director.
• On-Call : Rotate managing phone calls after hours to ensure that all shifts are properly staffed.

Pay Type: Salary - $50,000 annually

• Has at least one year of managerial experience
