Driver Recruiter

Our client is a family-owned and operated company that has been an industry leader for 70+ years in Flatbed, Heavy Haul, and Hazmat trucking. They are well run, profitable, continue to grow and are looking for a highly motivated and experienced recruiter to add to their great team! With a 26 % turnover rate for drivers, while the national average is 89 %, they truly value their employees, and it shows! This is a huge advantage in recruiting CDL Drivers compared to other trucking companies (Experience and Reputation matters!!). This is a full-time, Monday - Friday position, in-office (not remote). Responsibilities: Interview / Pre-Screen / Prequalify applicants Follow up and status conversations with applicants as necessary Develops networks of external sources Participates in onsite/offsite hiring events Tracks leads and applicants for weekly/monthly reporting Works closely with Safety and Marketing Teams Job Type: Full Time / In-House / M-F No Remote / No Hybrid (Office is in Henderson, CO, apx 12 miles Northeast of Downtown Denver. Is this a commutable distance for you?) Qualifications: 1+ year’s experience in Transportation Industry hiring CDL A drivers is a huge plus. Tech Savvy – Tenstreet experience preferred, mobile applications, job posting sites. Personable with Strong Communication Skills Team Player Understands OTR, Local, and Regional Trucking Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain an attention to detail.
