They oversee the scheduling of appointments, maintain inventory levels, and ensure that customers have a positive experience. In addition, they manage the front desk, answer phones, and respond to customer inquiries.**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILTIES*** Manage guest appointments and ensure timely and accurate communication with guests.* Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.* Ensure that the spa is clean and well-organized at all times.* Train and supervise spa staff as needed.* Answer phones, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer issues as needed.* Process guest payments and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate.* Prepare reports and manage scheduling software.* Responsible for the coordination and scheduling of all spa related activities consistent with the policies, philosophy and objectives of the spa.* Host staff meetings to keep employees informed of hotel policies and changes as well as ways to increase sales and service.* Communicate with other departments to ensure a cohesive hotel/spa environment.* Communicate on all levels with staff, colleagues and management.**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES*** High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required* Previous spa, salon, hospitality experience.* Ability to excel in an environment that sets goals, tracks progress and strives for growth.* Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). Experience with SpaSoft.
