WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an Internet Sales Consultant, you’ll play a vital role in driving online sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Your responsibilities will include: Responding to leads and inquiries generated through our website Guiding customers through the buying process with professionalism and expertise Offering test drives and explaining vehicle features, benefits, and performance Writing sales orders , processing paperwork, and maintaining follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business Keeping up to date with Lexus product innovations, accessories, and industry trends

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE

Sales (and/or automotive sales ), cold calling, prospecting, customer service, CRM, and Microsoft Suite experience preferred Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset A passion for luxury automobiles and customer service The ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment High school diploma or general education degree (GED) A valid driver's license and clean driving record The ability to pass a background check and drug screening Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to operate technology of vehicles, phones, and computers, as well as social media.
