Merchandise Coordinator

Supporting the Global Merchandising team in a hybrid role, the full-time Merchandise Coordinator will manage product line information, oversee the global sample ordering process, and coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure successful market delivery of seasonal merchandise. Key responsibilities Maintain accuracy and integrity of product and assortment data across relevant systems, ensuring alignment with seasonal calendars and merchandising milestones Coordinate major merchandising milestone meetings and communicate decisions, timelines, and deliverables across teams Provide support in translating seasonal line decisions into actionable assortments and maintain key go-to-market tools and documentation Required qualifications At least 2 years of applicable experience Degree from college or university or equivalent experience preferred Desire to learn about merchandising, product, sales, and/or marketing Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Exposure to wholesale or retail industry beneficial
