Contract | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | Every Other Weekend | Holidays as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting during night shift hours
• Float to other campus locations as needed to support staffing demands
• Participate in holiday coverage — expected to work 2 out of every 4 holidays
• Complete unit-based orientation modules as part of onboarding (non-billable, average 2–4 hours, hours vary by unit)
• Pass a compliance EKG exam prior to beginning assignment (2 attempts allowed)

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license — must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
• BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale, and PALS certifications required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Third-party education verification required; degrees from schools on the Florida Diploma Fraud Audit list will not be accepted
• No open background cases permitted
• Current driver's license required to verify address
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification preferred
• Experience in a STEMI and/or Stroke certified facility preferred
