Jobsite Materials CoordinatorCome join our team as a Jobsite Materials Coordinator!We're currently looking for a Jobsite Materials Coordinator that brings experience, skill, passion, a drive to learn, and a desire grow & achieve. The Jobsite Materials Coordinator is critical for the proper management and staging of job site inventory, as well as supporting the production team's improvement of productivity and efficiency.ResponsibilitiesPrecisely manage all materials on job sitesProficiently receive all materials on job siteThoroughly review all invoices to ensure accuracy of materials receivedConsistently print and complete receiving reportsRoutinely stock and organize materialsSkillfully process returns for all unused itemsDiligently stage product for production crewsAttentively assist PMs with minor production tasksQualificationsA high school diploma or GED is requiredA valid driver license is required1-2 years of warehouse/logistics experience preferredLull and Forklift certification preferredKnowledge of construction job site management operationsProactive drive for accomplishing tasks successfully in a fast-paced environmentClear, effective communications skills – both written and verbalAptitude for prioritizing, planning, and problem-solvingPreference for accuracy, attention to detail, and organizationMicrosoft Suite plus Internet and emailAbility to accurately manage inventory using Inventory Management SystemMust be able to do the following activities for most of the workday: stand, walk, use hands or fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, see, talk and hear.Must be able to climb or balance regularly.Near constant lifting or carrying of items of various weight, typically up to 10lbs, capable of lifting at least 100lbs on occasion.Primarily a physical position performing some strenuous daily activitiesModerate travel to various jobsitesSchedule: Monday to FridayLocation: On-site, various new build jobsitesSalary: $23-$26/HRBenefitsMedicalDentalVisionShort- & long-term disabilityAccrued PTOPaid holidays401(K)Profit sharingIt's time to join the team at R.T.
