Chief Compliance Officer

To establish Infra One's US operating platform, the full-time remote Chief Compliance Officer - US will design and manage the regulatory operating system, oversee SEC registration, and ensure compliance across multiple fund vehicles while advising on fund structuring and governance. Key Responsibilities Lead the SEC registration process and manage ongoing compliance for private fund advisement Design and implement compliance policies, conduct annual reviews, and prepare for SEC examinations Oversee compliance monitoring across Infra One's portfolio of funds and advise on regulatory risks in investment decisions Required Qualifications 7-12 years of compliance experience at a registered investment adviser, private fund platform, hedge fund, or PE firm Deep knowledge of the Advisers Act, Reg D, Form ADV, and SEC examination standards Hands-on experience with multi-fund governance and conflicts of interest management Familiarity with custody rules, AML/KYC frameworks, and cybersecurity compliance standards Prior experience with SEC registration and Form ADV filings
