Overview
Radiation Therapist — Radiation Therapy Tech, traveling assignment in Glendale, California, starting 09/14/2026 for 12 weeks. Earn $2,326–$2,499 per week with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Shift: 5x8 Days. Setting: hospital.

- Extension opportunities Responsibilities
- Operate x-ray equipment to produce radiographs of designated portions of the body as ordered by physicians.
- Position and instruct patients prior to examinations; adjust equipment and exposure parameters to produce diagnostic-quality images.
- Prepare examination rooms and equipment; monitor patients and ensure safety during imaging procedures.
- Document exam information and verify exams in the PACS system; report important findings to the physician as appropriate.
- Maintain radiation safety practices and ensure proper calibration and maintenance of imaging equipment. Requirements
- ARRT Radiography (ARRT-R) certification required
- Radiologic Technologist license (CA RT) required
- Fluoroscopy license required within 6 months of hire
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- CRT certification required
- Minimum 2 years of recent radiology experience, including portable and C-arm imaging; Associate's Degree in radiologic technology preferred; current nursing license per state of assignment Benefits and Support
