Job Summary

• Hands-on shop floor / manufacturing experience is mandatory.
• Strong experience in Time Study, Line Balancing, Lean Manufacturing, VSM, and Process Optimization .
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field .

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze assembly lines and manufacturing processes to identify improvement opportunities using Lean principles.
• Conduct Time Studies, Video Time Studies, Elemental Breakdown, Line Balancing, VA/NVA/RNVA, and Muri Analysis .
• Develop Current State and Future State Value Stream Maps (VSM) and identify bottlenecks, waste, capacity gaps, and inefficiencies.
• Identify process and productivity improvement opportunities and develop improvement roadmaps.
• Create and update Standard Work Instructions and Video Work Instructions .
• Perform Root Cause Analysis for quality issues, defects, and downtime, and support corrective actions and Kaizen initiatives.
• Support fixture design and manufacturing process improvements as required.
