The Role As an Inside Sales Account Executive , you will be the driving force behind our growth engine. You’ll manage the full sales lifecycle—from initial outreach to closing the deal—while building relationships that keep clients coming back. What You’ll Be Doing: Drive Business: Turn high-volume outbound cold calls, emails, and warm inbound leads into active accounts and closed revenue. Smart Prospecting: Do your homework—research targets and prepare tailored pitches before dialing. Pipeline Management: Keep your pipeline organized and flowing by tracking leads, prospects, and deals smoothly in our CRM. Market Intelligence: Spot buyer trends and keep leadership informed on what’s happening on the front lines. Cross-Functional Teamwork: Partner with internal teams to cross the finish line and exceed target metrics. Who You Are A Driven Self-Starter: You love setting ambitious goals and crushing them. An Exceptional Communicator: You can build rapport quickly, handle objections smoothly, and negotiate like a pro. A CRM & Process Whiz: You know how to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and keep data tight while moving fast. Experienced: You have 3–5 years of sales experience (Inside Sales preferred) and a proven track record of hitting target quotas. Educated/Equivalent: Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent hands-on sales experience. We believe in compensating top talent for the value they bring.
