Colorado PERA invites applications for General Counsel, a member of the Executive Leadership Team. The GC will lead the legal function, protect PERA’s interests under Colorado statute, advise the Board and CEO, oversee outside counsel, and ensure governance, compliance and fiduciary obligations.

The role requires a Juris Doctorate and Colorado license, at least ten years of legal experience with public agencies or pension plans, strong leadership, communication, and strategic risk management,
