Regional Sales Director, Midwest

Role:

Regional Sales Director leading a team of Strategic Account Managers and Virology Care Specialists to promote Invivyd's antibody therapies for infectious diseases, primarily COVID-19, in a remote setting across specified U.S. regions.

Responsibilities:

develop regional business strategies
coach and develop high-performing teams
engage with healthcare providers and academic centers
drive sales growth
ensure compliance with industry and legal standards
and manage resources and budgets

Qualifications:

bachelor's degree (master's preferred)
at least 10 years in biopharma or healthcare, with 5+ years managing sales teams
strong understanding of healthcare landscape, reimbursement, and regulatory compliance
ability to travel extensively

High-Value:

focus on immunology/virology therapeutic areas
antibody modalities
COVID-19 prevention
regulatory compliance, with emphasis on expanding access and building market category

WorkSetup:

Remote with in-field presence 4 days/week.
