What You'll Do:

• Evaluate, plan, and administer occupational therapy treatments for diverse patient populations
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to restore function and improve quality of life
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and families to ensure coordinated care
• Utilize evidence-based techniques such as manual therapy, neuro-rehab, and functional activities
• Educate patients and families, addressing psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs
• Operate and maintain therapy equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all hospital and professional standards
• Supervise and collaborate with OT assistants, aides, and students as appropriate

What You Need:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in New Hampshire
• BLS certification preferred
• Experience in outpatient rehabilitation or similar settings
• Knowledge of current best practices and evidence-based treatment modalities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
