What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments using effective clinical judgment
• Deliver nursing care to pediatric patients, including medication administration and treatment procedures
• Document all patient interactions accurately in electronic medical records
• Recognize changes in patient conditions and escalate concerns appropriately
• Educate patients and families on health management and care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Provide guidance and support to junior staff members as needed
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and quality standards
• Promote a positive, patient-centered environment

What You Need

• Active New Hampshire RN license
• BLS (AHA) certification
• Minimum 2 years of pediatric nursing experience in a clinical setting
• Strong assessment and communication skills

• Experience with pediatric IV placement and advanced pediatric procedures
• Knowledge of EMR systems
