We are looking for passionate industry professionals.ResponsibilitiesWorks closely with the restaurant management teams to ensure the restaurant's quality, including the beverage, food, service, and physical structure.Responsible for developing a cohesive team of managers, chefs, and staff in each of the restaurants.Execute and deliver consistent and successful new store openings as plannedMonitoring trends in all areas from sales to costs, cover counts, etc. and proactively reporting on such to Executive teamsDrive teams to ensure staffing, training, and restaurant needs are in place to support the business's operational needs.Oversee new restaurant openings from construction to openingBe proactive, pay attention to the details, and enable teams to make smart and timely decisions. Stay on top of many moving pieces without letting anything dropPossess a working knowledge of all systems used within our Company.RequirementsYou can identify a problem and determine the solution4+ years of experienceYou have experience coordinating and leading multiple projects simultaneouslyYou have solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilitiesYou are diplomatic and professional when handling guest and team member issuesYou have a passion for collaborating with othersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsYou can hold others accountableYour resume will be reviewed by a member of our team, and we'll reach out to you directly if there's a fit.
