Candidates should be comfortable working onsite and ready to travel among school buildings within the district. If your licensure is pending, you may still be considered—just provide documented proof of your application.

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university (official transcripts required)
• Active or pending Michigan state SLP license (NSY candidates encouraged if application is complete)
• CCC credential preferred; strong CFY candidates considered (supervision arrangements prioritized)
• Comfortable delivering direct and group speech and language therapy to K-12 students
• Onsite presence required across multiple school locations within the district
• Experience or strong interest in supporting urban student populations is an advantage
• Familiarity with AAC systems and special education documentation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with families, staff, and administrators

Your Role Will Include:

• Providing individualized and group therapy
• Collaborating with teachers and families to integrate speech strategies into classrooms
• Attending and contributing to IEPs and MET meetings
• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and reporting
• Delivering in-service training on best practices
• Managing therapy materials and coordinating services across buildings
• Supporting AAC implementation
