Technology Director, ERP Supply Chain, Plan-to-Manufacture (P2M)

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Technology Director for ERP Supply Chain to serve as the global technology product owner for Plan-to-Manufacture capabilities using SAP S/4HANA. The role involves leading strategy, solution design, and implementation of manufacturing ERP systems while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders across supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, solution design, and implementation of global Plan-to-Manufacture ERP applications and SAP S/4 global template design
• Serve as global technology product owner for SAP S/4HANA capabilities supporting production planning, manufacturing orders, and materials management
• Drive consolidation of legacy ERP systems into the global SAP S/4 P2M template spanning manufacturing, quality, and warehousing
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technology roadmaps and solution designs
• Lead, coach, and develop technology teams and system integrator partners to deliver high-quality outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
• 10+ years planning, architecting, and implementing global SAP S/4 planning and manufacturing solutions
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Production Planning and adjacent modules including Materials Management and Quality Management
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering SAP integrations with manufacturing execution systems, PLM, and warehouse management
• Strong knowledge of production planning, materials requirements planning, inventory management, and manufacturing master data
• Experience leading global template adoption, site deployments, data migration, and organizational change management
• Experience supporting discrete manufacturing, configure-to-order, engineer-to-order, or make-to-stock operating models
