You have a proven track record as a high performer, assuring all the components of the kitchen operations work efficiently and effectively; delivering an exceptional end product. You should have experience in a kitchen environment; assuring the quality and presentation of food, scheduling, inventory and purchasing. You are proficient at and understand the importance of controlling food cost and labor to run a successful operation.Job Requirement: You are self-driven with a strong work ethic and work well with minimum supervision.
