Corporate Transactional Attorney

Serving as a Corporate Transactional Attorney, the full-time remote position will provide legal and commercial counsel across multiple business lines, support senior management teams, and act as a subject matter expert in corporate and transactional matters. Key responsibilities Act autonomously as the main point of contact for legal concerns, identifying and assessing risks for specific departments and enterprise-wide Provide strategic legal advice to stakeholders, including the Global Executive Team, and lead large initiatives impacting the business both domestically and internationally Monitor and analyze changes in laws and regulations, proactively advising stakeholders while managing outside counsel for cost-effective legal guidance Required qualifications Juris Doctorate degree and a current State Bar License to practice law 10+ years of legal experience in-house or at a law firm specializing in healthcare and/or Corporate/Transactions, including M&A Proven success in Corporate and Transactional practice areas with experience supporting executive leadership Demonstrated ability to participate in high-level company-wide planning and strategy efforts Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
