We're looking for a Senior Marketing Campaign Manager to help drive demand generation and pipeline growth through integrated marketing campaigns and events.

Reporting into the Director of Demand Generation, you'll create campaigns that not only engage enterprise buyers but also inspire organizations to make accessibility a strategic priority, helping further Fable's mission of creating better digital experiences for people with disabilities.

You'll also own the planning and execution of our event marketing program, from industry conferences and customer events to executive roundtables and webinars, while ensuring events are part of a broader, integrated campaign.

This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who enjoys turning ideas into well-executed programs, thrives in fast-paced environments, and loves collaborating with sales teams to create memorable experiences for prospects and customers.

You're also someone who loves experimenting with technology. You actively look for ways to use AI and automation to streamline workflows, improve performance, and scale your impact.

Responsibilities

• Build integrated demand generation campaigns using events, digital marketing, outbound, content, and customer advocacy.
• Collaborate with Sales to develop creative account-based plays that engage both executive buyers and end users.
• Coordinate campaign execution across channels and measure performance against pipeline goals.
• Continuously test and optimize campaigns based on engagement and revenue outcomes.
• Own Fable's event marketing plan and execution, including conferences, customer events, executive dinners, webinars, and community experiences.
• Lead event planning, logistics, sponsorships, budgets, vendors, and on-site execution.
• Partner with Sales to develop pre-event outreach, meeting strategies, and account engagement plans for events.
• Represent Fable at events, engaging prospects, customers, and partners.
• Lead post-event follow-up, reporting, and campaign optimization to maximize pipeline impact and ROI.
