Company Overview Our client is a fast-scaling, remote performance growth agency that believes one thing: creative is the lever—and the fastest way to pull it is with clean signals from paid performance. They help brands grow through disciplined testing, sharp messaging, and creative that converts. Your Role (read this if you like ownership) This is not a “make briefs and wait for the media buyer” role. We’re looking for a Growth Creative Strategist who can media buy - someone who can connect the dots between performance data → human psychology → creative direction and move fast. You’ll own the loop: build campaigns, read the signal, and turn learnings into briefs that make creative better every cycle. This is a GM-style growth seat: strategy, execution, and the story of what’s working (and why). B2B experience is especially important for this hire—we care about pipeline impact and lead quality, not just cheap clicks. What you’ll do Hands-on Media Buying Build, launch, and optimize campaigns end-to-end (Meta first; expand as needed) Own targeting, pacing, testing structure, and optimization decisions Diagnose performance with speed and clarity (what changed, why it changed, what to do next) Creative Strategy + Briefing Research audience motivations, objections, and “what makes them say yes” (reviews, Reddit, competitor ads, customer language, etc.) Develop conversion-focused angles, hooks, messaging frameworks, and test plans Write (or heavily guide) direct-response hooks, scripts, headlines, and ad copy across formats (static, video, UGC, advertorial) Turn learnings into crisp, high-leverage creative briefs creators/designers/editors can execute quickly Performance Narrative + Client Communication Read key metrics (CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL, ROAS) and translate them into actionable insights Communicate performance without jargon: “what happened, what it means, what we’re doing next” Present insights and recommendations on client calls with confidence What you bring Proven hands-on media buying experience (you’ve owned execution—not just reviewed dashboards) A portfolio of performance work you can explain clearly (results + reasoning) Strong direct-response copy instincts: hooks, benefits, CTAs, positioning Strong understanding of testing logic and creative performance signals B2B experience (lead quality, pipeline impact, longer sales cycles, different persuasion dynamics) Clear, professional English communication (written + spoken) Comfort working async/remotely with high ownership Bonus points Experience across multiple channels (Meta + Google + LinkedIn, etc.) Newsletter / creator economy exposure Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager + Ad Library for research What you’ll get Fully remote, async-friendly culture (with overlap as needed) Competitive USD compensation (based on location + experience) Unlimited PTO aligned with U.S. norms High visibility and real ownership in a scaling team Direct impact: you’ll see your strategy and creative decisions move numbers Recruitment process Application Review (resume + a few questions) Screening Call with Atomic HR Portfolio Deep-Dive Interview (walk through your best work) Case Study (write + structure a brief for a real scenario) Culture Interview Offer Ready to apply?
