Customer Service Coordinator

As a Customer Service Coordinator at Storm Master Gutter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and support. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Inbound and Outbound calls - Entering call notes into the system - Data Entry - Sending Emails, scanning documents, building web portals

Role requirements:

- 1-2 years of customer service experience - Basic skills in Microsoft Office products - Excellent verbal and wri en communica on skills - Excellent data entry skills

Hourly rate: $16.00–$22.00, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday- Friday: 8:30 am-5:00 pm
