Imaging & Help Desk Technician (Level 1)

Randstad Digital is seeking a Support Technician 1 for an Austin, TX contract role. Responsibilities include imaging machines, replacing hardware, and migrating user data as part of a computer/docking station refresh project. You will work with a SME and a project manager to deliver timely technical support. Minimum 1 year of related experience, proficiency in Windows OS and MS Office, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs are required.
