Project Manager – Events & Trade Shows

Location: Miami, FL 33169

Pay Rate: $21–$22 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Additional Requirements: Flexibility for overtime, weekends, and travel based on project needs

JobSquad is seeking two Project Managers for a company specializing in the design, fabrication, and installation of custom trade show exhibits and event displays. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who can manage multiple projects, communicate effectively with clients and vendors, and ensure successful project execution from concept through installation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage custom exhibit and event projects from planning to completion

• Coordinate with clients, designers, fabricators, installers, and vendors

• Develop and maintain project timelines and schedules

• Prepare proposals and project documentation

• Oversee logistics, including transportation, shipping, installation, and dismantling

• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues

• Ensure projects are completed on time and meet client expectations

Qualifications:

• Experience in project management, events, trade shows, construction, design, or a related industry preferred

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Adobe experience is a plus

• Reliable transportation required

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

• Willingness to travel as needed
