VP of Sales for Labor Markets

Virtual Vocations Inc

A company is looking for a VP of Sales- Taft-Hartley & Labor Markets. Key Responsibilities: Lead operational and strategic efforts to grow the business across Taft-Hartley funds and multi-employer plans Increase customer base, loyalty, revenue per customer, and top-line financial growth within the labor trust segment Build strong relationships with fund trustees, benefits directors, and labor union stakeholders to drive product sales Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree at a minimum 5-7+ years of sales experience within the Taft-Hartley or multi-employer benefits space Deep understanding of the Taft-Hartley Act and jointly-managed fund governance Experience with trustee-driven buying processes and fiduciary-oriented RFP responses Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a relationship-intensive sales environment
