IT Advisor, Technology Consulting, Technology Strategy & Transformation (Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1715675) Location: Phoenix, Arizona. Requisition ID: 1715675. Collaborate in the creation of technology-enabled business models of the future with our clients. Develop cohesive, compelling strategic visions of how technology transforms the business models of our clients and coach leaders in positioning the vision while engaging stakeholders at all levels to support the proposed direction. Apply expertise in leading edge technologies and concepts such as DevOps, Cloud, Internet of Things, Robotic Process Automation, and Blockchain. Lead client interviews, conduct research, perform financial analysis, and develop executive level presentations for the C‑level executive suite. Contribute to internal practice initiatives, support complex IT transformation initiatives, and collaborate closely with EY technology and business consulting practices to develop technology transformation roadmaps. Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills, consistently deliver quality client services, maintain long‑term client relationships, and cultivate business development opportunities. Full‑time employment, Monday – Friday, 40–45 hours per week, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), Operations Science, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field and 5 years of progressive post‑baccalaureate related experience, or a Master’s degree in the same fields with 4 years of related experience. Must have 2 years of business technology or management consulting experience. Must have 2 years of experience in at least two of the following technology areas: IT Service Management (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration) IT Asset Management Software selection Solution architecture Application development IT operations Packaged software management (e.g., ERP, CRM, WMS, financial consolidation) Cloud solutions Data management and analytics or infrastructure Must have 2 years of business experience with at least two of the following: Corporate strategy, competitive intelligence, Mergers & Acquisitions, corporate finance, supply chain, marketing, operations, Human Resources or internal control. Must have 2 years of experience with data and financial analysis, reporting, and financial costing. Must have 2 years of experience with leading practices, benchmarking, and peer company environments, including consulting experience relevant to industry‑specific business and technology functions. Must have 2 years of experience with written and verbal presentation to leaders at the EVP and C‑level. Must have 2 years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite. Must have 2 years of experience leading and mentoring teams of at least two people. Must have 2 years of experience managing day‑to‑day activities of project teams, including assigning work tasks, tracking schedules and highlighting project risks using project‑management tools. Requires travel up to 60%, of which 50% may be international. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
