Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Job Summary

This role is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment while ensuring products meet quality, security, and production standards. Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and perform routine maintenance on production machinery.
• Monitor production schedules and communicate issues to supervisors and team leads.
• Inspect products for quality defects and make adjustments as needed.
• Complete production paperwork and accurately enter data into MRP systems.
• Follow all safety, quality, and security procedures while handling materials and equipment.

Requirements

• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and quality inspection skills.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work 3rd shift hours, Monday through Friday.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
