Key Responsibilities: Verify clinician orders and obtain patient history to ensure proper procedure execution. Administer contrast media safely, ensuring patient comfort and safety. Identify patients accurately, maintaining privacy and dignity throughout exams. Review images for quality, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and releasing patients. Respond to emergencies, restock supplies, and maintain equipment hygiene. Explain procedures clearly to patients, addressing questions and reducing anxiety. Operate imaging equipment efficiently while minimizing radiation exposure. Participate in quality control, documentation, and departmental training activities. Coordinate patient transport, positioning, and support departmental operations. Qualifications & Skills: Accredited Radiologic Technology program completion. Certifications: ARRT-R (Radiography), ARRT-CT (Computed Tomography), BLS. Minimum one year radiology experience; CT experience preferred. Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently under pressure, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail. Knowledge of anatomy, pathology, radiation safety, and quality control procedures.
