Hourly pay: $28-33/hr. (dependent on experience)

Our client, a leading global financial services firm, is seeking an HR Data Coordinator to join their Data Curation team in New York. This person will support highly detail-oriented HR data work while partnering closely with internal stakeholders across the U.S. and APAC.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, process-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, globally collaborative environment. Japanese language skills are considered a strong plus, but are no longer required for the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Support HR data curation and data quality initiatives across global teams
• Review, organize, and maintain employee and candidate data with a high level of accuracy
• Partner closely with teams in New York and Hong Kong on data-related requests and coordination
• Assist with standardizing and validating information across systems and internal documentation
• Participate in cross-functional communication with international stakeholders
• Help ensure consistency and integrity across HR data processes

Qualifications

• 14 years of professional experience in HR coordination, recruiting coordination, operations, administration, data support, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
• Experience collaborating with global teams or across time zones is a plus
• Japanese language proficiency is strongly preferred, but not required

Additional Details

• Fully onsite in Midtown Manhattan
• Standard U.S. business hours with occasional flexibility for early morning or off-hours calls with APAC teams
• This is not a translation-heavy role; the majority of day-to-day work is conducted in English
• Role includes collaboration with Hong Kong stakeholders, but does not require overnight coverage or working Hong Kong hours
• Laptop will be provided to support cross-time-zone communication needs
• Paid overtime available
